Shipping & Delivery

All items are made to order so please allow us some time to prepare it specifically for you. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping out from the studio. Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information. 

All prints are shipped in flat package via USPS or UPS. International shipping is available but please be aware that higher shipping cost and longer shipping time will apply. *Note: The cost of international shipping does not include any customs, fees, duties, or other taxes. Packaging may vary for international shipment.

Art Prints

Returns & Exchanges

Exchange is only available if the item arrived damaged. Please take photos of the package condition and the damaged artwork, then contact us within 3 days of order received. 

All prints are printed on demand so no return is accepted. If there is something wrong with the order, please contact us upon order is received so we can send a replacement if deemed applicable. Do not discard the original packaging before contacting us. 

Refunds

Refund is not available as our artwork is printed on demand. We will send you a replacement if it is damaged upon arrival.
